empresa creada por \u00e9l: Next<\/strong>, misma que ser\u00eda primordial para Apple.<\/p><p>Por favor, si usted tiene un grupo o personal a cargo, queremos que ponga atenci\u00f3n a lo que hemos repetido en nuestros recursos:<\/p><p><em>Una cosa es tener una visi\u00f3n y misi\u00f3n enmarcada en una pared y que casi nadie conoce y <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">otra cosa es cuando \u00e9sta visi\u00f3n y misi\u00f3n se vive<\/span>, no s\u00f3lo en saberla de memoria; sino tambi\u00e9n en que moldean y dirigen las decisiones que se toman.<\/em><\/p><p>Repetimos un ejemplo puesto en uno de nuestros <a href=\"http:\/\/www.psicologialaboral.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">boletines<\/a>: Si decimos que nuestra visi\u00f3n es ser la empresa que brinde el mejor servicio al cliente, pero sancionan al empleado que salt\u00f3 alg\u00fan procedimiento por entregar un buen servicio, hay un divorcio entre lo que se dice y lo que se hace. \u00a0Quiz\u00e1 se deba mejorar el procedimiento o informar mejor al empleado para que no vuelva a ocurrir, pero nunca sancionar al empleado.<\/p><p>Bien, es hora de rescatar este video valioso que ejemplifica perfectamente c\u00f3mo las decisiones de un grupo deben basarse en la visi\u00f3n que han definido para tener \u00e9xito.<\/p><p><strong>El grupo: Empleados de
