<strong>m\u00e9todos tradicionales <\/strong>en donde se eval\u00faa al empleado haciendo referencia \u00fanicamente a sus estudios, a\u00f1os de experiencia, qu\u00e9 responsabilidades ten\u00eda, qu\u00e9 puestos obtuvo, de qu\u00e9 universidad se grad\u00fao, t\u00edtulo obtenido, etc <span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong>NO SON BUENOS PREDICTORES DEL DESEMPE\u00d1O
